Groundwork cannot be underestimated – from the way we catch and lead a horse, to the more advanced skills of longlining to liberty work.

The majority of our groundwork is based around the following:

• Foals, yearlings and two year olds for basic groundwork
• Work on behavioural issues such as barging, aggression, leading, loading, foot handling and catching
• Teaching handlers basic groundwork skills such as controlling the four feet, backing up
• Teaching handlers advanced groundwork skills such as round pen work, longlining, liberty work
